Proven Methodology

Over the years, we have developed a proven approach to developing custom software applications. First, you and your consultant meet with your key stakeholders. Together, we gather and document the requirements, develop and refine the functional specification, determine development costs, and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Rapid Prototyping

When appropriate, your consultant will develop a prototype application to assist in the requirements-definition phase. Also at this time, we determine hardware requirements, revise and finalize the functional specification, create the project plan, and determine the schedule for completion.

Software Development

When you finalize and approve the functional requirements specification, we begin the architectural design. Upon receiving your approval of the design specification, your consultant prepares to produce the software. Working either in a completely outsourced effort, or in conjunction with your other technical resources, your consultant submits to you frequent progress reports and other deliverables on a previously agreed upon schedule. During the course of project, we identify any necessary changes to the scope of work as issues occur, and we carefully identify and explain the issues, recommend resolutions, determine costs, and obtain your decision and approval prior to making any changes.
